This is an audio tapping so you will use the following points while repeating the words after me. It's okay to skip a point, use one point, use both hands, one hand… Tapping is very forgiving and you won't mess it up. So relax that perfectionism voice and dive in (if you want more instruction check out this video on my YouTube that really goes into detail).
Tapping points:
Top of head
Beginning of Eyebrows
Outer Side of eye 👁️ (the bony ridge next to your temple)
Under eye 👁️ (on cheek bone under pupil)
Under nose👃 (between nose and mouth)
Under mouth 👄 (between bottom lip and chin right in the middle)
Collar bones 🦴
Under arm 💪 (where your bra strap would be)
Wrists together 👏 (inside of wrists where watch(es) would be) -
EFT tapping is a somatic practice that uses your voice while pressing on a series of acupressure points. It affects the memory and stress centers of the brain, (hippocampus and amygdala) lowering cortisol (the stress hormone) and helping get you out of fight or flight to a place where more possibilities are accessible.

There are a number of ways tapping can impact you! It might be different person to person, and also different each time you do it. Yawning, sneezing, watering eyes, crying, laughing, tingles, having to use the restroom- these are all signs that it is working! if you aren't feeling much of anything that's okay too. You might be dehydrated, drink some water and let it settle in.

You cannot overdose on tapping, that being said check in with your body. You know yourself better than anyone ever can. Be gentle. If you're feeling very tired or agitated after the session, give yourself some space before you tap again! You can use this tapping everyday, every time you're feeling overwhelmed or just once. You're the boss!
